Issues Not Related to Math:

You can ask the instructor or your peers about issues not related to math in two different ways. The instructor will respond within 24 hours during the week and 48+ hours on weekends, holidays, and breaks.

• Utilize the MyOpenMath "General Communications" Forum.
• If you feel the issue is private, utilize MOM "Messages", the Canvas "Inbox", or Zoom.

Math-Related Issues:

You can ask the instructor or your peers about math-related issues in several different ways. The instructor will respond within 24 hours during the week and 48 hours over the weekend.

• Utilize the MyOpenMath "Math Questions" Forum. Your peers should have the opportunity to respond first. If the students as a collective can't answer your question, then the instructor will help. Be sure to tell us what you are having trouble with. Perhaps take a photo of your work and send it as an attachment to your request for help.
• Utilize the free-of-charge software-based conference room Zoom. Make an appointment to meet with the instructor. Use the private messaging feature of either the Canvas "Inbox" or MyOpenMath "Messages" to contact the instructor.
• Contact the CSN Centers for Academic Success (CAS) which provide quality DROP-IN academic assistance to all students enrolled in for-credit courses at CSN.
