You can ask the instructor or your peers about issues not related to math in two different ways. The instructor will respond within 24 hours during the week and 48+ hours on weekends, holidays, and breaks.

1. Utilize the MyOpenMath "General Communications" Forum.
2. If you feel the issue is private, utilize MOM "Messages" or the Canvas "Inbox".
3. Make an appointment to meet with the instructor Live utilizing the free-of-charge software-based conference room Zoom.

Math-Related Issues:

You can ask the instructor or your peers about math-related issues in several different ways. The instructor will respond within 24 hours during the week and 48 hours over the weekend.

• Utilize the MyOpenMath "Math Questions" Forum. Your peers should have the opportunity to respond first. If the students as a collective can't answer your question, then the instructor will help. Be sure to tell us what you are having trouble with. Perhaps take a photo of your work and send it as an attachment to your request for help.
• Make an appointment to meet with the instructor Live utilizing the free-of-charge software-based conference room Zoom.
• Contact the CSN Centers for Academic Success (CAS) which provide quality DROP-IN academic assistance to all students enrolled in for-credit courses at CSN. They also provide free private tutoring based on the number of math credits you are taking.
